If you want to return a product for any reason, we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery and return charges, within 28 days of the date it is delivered to you as long as terms in the section “Delivery” above have been adhered to.
During our holiday shut down periods this 28 day period will commence on the day we reopen and includes all Bank Holidays.
Please ensure that all returns are complete and uncut / fitted as all items that have been cut / fitted will be deemed as accepted by the customer and no claim can be made.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund excluding “No signature required” or “Left as instructed” delivered items.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange but should a damaged in transit or faulty/damaged product be used, we will not accept any liability for its performance or consider any claim so please ensure that all goods are checked and inspected prior to fitting for any damage or faults.

Unfortunately due to our low trade prices we are unable to offer any free carriage paid returns. Collection and the delivery of the return to us can be arranged through the following websites or any other at your expense.
You can obviously return the goods via any carrier service or simply return it to our warehouse should this be more convenient to you.
Certain products offered on the website have specific, stated delivery times which supersede the Express or Standard delivery proposal (please see individual product details on the website).
Please note that made-to-measure items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
All other refunds will be made within 30 days of notification to the account originally used to purchase the product.
