This website is owned and operated by Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd (otherwise referred to on this website as “Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd” or “Trade Priced”, ‘we’, or ‘us’), a company registered in England and Wales Company Registration Number 5015200.
These terms and conditions apply to your use of this website, including any orders that you place. Please read these terms carefully before using this website as you are entering a business to business contract and are agreeing to being a business customer. Should you be a consumer then please do not use this website.
Using this website or ordering any item from this website by any means, indicates that you fully accept these terms regardless of whether or not you choose to accept them by “agreeing” via the website shopping cart or placing the order via the telephone. If you do not accept these terms, do not or cant agree to any condition contained herein,then please do not use website.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We shall have no obligation with respect to such material and shall be free to use the information for the purpose of processing orders only and for delivering the ordered items to you, otherwise we shall not pass any details to any third party unless for fraud Investigation.

We will try to ensure that the TradePriced.co.uk website is available 100% of the time for our customers. However, we shall not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time and for any period, irrespective of the reason.
The Sales Office along with our Warehouse have two holiday periods throughout the year: Summer Vacation 2021 : 12th of July until the 16th of July 2021. Winter Vacation : Monday the 13th of December until Tuesday the 4th of January 2022.Our website is open 24/7 and 365 days a year.

Placing an Order
When you place an order through the website, we will send an e-mail to confirm that we have received the order. All orders are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd cannot accept an order from customers until payment is received in full for all products and any related delivery charges,if an incorrect delivery option realting to your geographical location is seleceted we will refund your order in full and contact you by email to inform you of the error made.
Orders placed through the website represent an offer to purchase a product. It is accepted for each product when we send you an e-mail to confirm that the order has been received.
We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.
All orders are subject to stock availability. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event that an out-of-stock product is part of an order and we cannot contact you, we will send what products we have in stock, refunding the purchase price of any unavailable product where payment has already been made. Please note that part roll/sq.m orders of carpet underlay may at times have to be supplied in more than one piece but at a maximum of two pieces.
THE REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF
All Orders will have delivery charges calcualted at checkout prior to committing to purchase,the Delivery information page (link at the top of each web page) should br read in full prior to making any purchase along with these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Standard Deliveries | We aim to get the delivery there within 1-3 working days but please allow upto 5 working days.
Premium Deliveries | We aim to get the delivery there on the day specified which we are proud to state happens 98.7% of the time.
Zone 2 Deliveries | Typically 72 Hrs but please allow upto 5 working days.
Northern Ireland | Typically 72 Hrs but please allow upto 5 working days.
Zone 3 | All other areas please contact us,but please allow upto 7 working days.
Depending on the courier/haulage firm we use,we may call or email you to arrange a delivery day or disptach the item(s) and inform you and you agree to be in on the nominated day to accept the delivery.If no one is in the goods will be left and an image taken which you agree is proof the items have been delivered. No claims can be made if a clear image is supplied by the courier.
Pallet Service | Some larger orders are delivered by Pallet Service and are a kerbside drop only.Should no one be in to receive the delivery and redelivery charge will be made of £35.00 plus vat.
In the very unlikely event that your goods are delivered late we will upon receipt of written or e-mailed notification from you,refund the delivery charge from the service ordered to the service received. For Economy deliveries this will be a 50% refund on the delivery charge.Non delivery claims for goods that have been marked by the couriers as “attempted”will be rejected.
Whilst we expect your order will be delivered in good condition,you agree to checking the products prior to arranging any fitting or booking any trademan.
For all mail orders you or your agent MUST CHECK THE GOODS ON ARRIVAL for any VISIBLE signs of damage,in the unlikely event of damage then the couriers sheet or signature must be marked as “DAMAGED” as failure to do so will invalidate ANY INSURANCE CLAIM and we will NOT send a replacement,
Do not mark as “UNCHECKED” or any other phrase other than the phrase “DAMAGED”
If you are unsure or do not have time to check the items or there are visible signs of damage then mark as “DAMAGED” before signing your name or simply refuse the goods and they will be returned to us.
You can cancel any order but once dispatched the outgoing and any return carriage charges become payable and any resonable administration charges to a maximum of £75.00 plus vat.
For all orders for any other reason,Carpets Direct GB Ltd may apply any resonable admin charges as it deems necessary to the account.
Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd can only deliver to UK addresses.
Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd does offer delivery to remote or off-shore locations, including but not limited to the Inner and Outer Hebrides, Orkney, Shetland, Isle of Man,please contact us for a quote as the delivery charges vary depending on the service used and the delivery time farme offered.
All orders will be delivered to a single address.
Carpets Direct (GB) Ltd and the couriers will endeavour to deliver your goods on the estimated delivery day or within a reasonable time thereafter & to a maximum of 30 days from order, but does not guarantee the date and time for delivery and shall not be liable to the Customer for any losses or claims of any kind whatsoever in respect of any delay
To keep delivery charges as low as possible we do not offer any compensation for failed deliveries on Standard UK delivery options.
All deliveries must be received and signed for by a person over the age of 18.
If no one is available to take the delivery, we may leave details at the delivery address to rearrange the delivery. Should no-one conatct the carriers within 3 working days the items may be returned to us and we would refund the order value less the delivery and return carriage costs,in all cases however we reserve the right to charge the cost charged to us by the couriers for failed deliveries which will become payable by the customer.
Due to insurance guidelines, delivery personnel are unable to enter premises and some larger orders maybe to the kerbside only. The recipient of the goods is responsible for any additional lifting once the initial delivery has been made. For deliveries to flats,the delivery will be to the main ground floor door.
To ensure a problem free experience you agree within no later than 7 days from delivery to check your order in full to ensure that the goods ordered are complete,unseen damage or faulty and prior to arranging and the fitting or use.
Once fitted the goods have been deemed accepted by the customer and no claim can be made for any damage or fault .
For damage claims there is a £25 excess applicable to each claim.
All shortages/damages must still be reported to us within 48hrs in writing to enable a refund or replacement to be sent which will be at our discretion.
The prices displayed on the TradePriced.co.uk website are largely the same as the warehouse prices, however we may offer different prices for products purchased from the website. These prices may be higher or lower than in our stores.All carpet underlay products are sold and priced by the square meter wether purchased as a roll or separately with discounts being applied to full rolls.
All prices including delivery charges are exclusive of Vat @20.0%.

Our site contains a large number of products, and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where a product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the product to you. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will at our discretion either contact you for instructions before dispatching the product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
A valid internet link must be supplied and the goods must be instock and available for immediate delivery and must be the identical product on offer with us.
Any claim must be within 7 days of order.
We will not Price Match auction sites or when the price offered is less than cost price and our delivery charges are excluded from the guarantee.

Returns and Refunds
If you want to return a product for any reason, we promise to give you a refund, excluding any delivery and return charges, within 7 days of the date it is delivered to you as long as terms in the section “Delivery” above have been adhered to.
During our holiday shut down periods this 7 day period will commence on the day we reopen and includes all Bank Holidays.
Please ensure that all returns are complete and uncut / fitted as all items that have been cut / fitted will be deemed as accepted by the customer and no claim can be made.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund excluding “No signature required” or “Left as instructed” delivered items.
We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange but should a damaged in transit or faulty/damaged product be used, we will not accept any liability for its performance or consider any claim so please ensure that all goods are checked and inspected prior to fitting for any damage or faults.

Unfortunately due to our low trade prices we are unable to offer any free returns. Collection of the product can be arranged through the following websites or any other at your expense.
You can obviously return the goods via any carrier service or simply return it to our warehouse should this be more convenient to you.
Certain products offered on the website have specific, stated delivery times which supersede the standard next-day delivery proposal (please see individual product details on the website).
Please note that made-to-measure items may not be returned unless they are faulty.
All other refunds will be made within 30 days of notification to the account originally used to purchase the product.
